Privacy Policy
At Impladent we process the personal data you share through our website only in order to serve you, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. This page sets out what data the site collects and how it is used.
What data do we collect?
Two forms on the site collect data:
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and message.
- Event registration form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and any notes you wish to add.
To prevent misuse of the forms, your IP address and the language you are using on the site are kept as a technical record at the time of submission.
What do we use the data for?
What you send through the contact form is used to answer your enquiry; what you give when registering for an event is used to create your registration, keep track of capacity and contact you about the event. This data is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold and is not shared with third parties.
Who is it shared with?
Form notifications go to the corporate e-mail addresses of our clinic staff. Our e-mail delivery provider and the hosting service the site runs on are used to deliver them. Detailed information about the processing of personal data within your care is set out on our Information on the Processing of Personal Data page.
Cookies
The site uses the essential cookies it needs to work. Cookies that let us measure visit statistics run only if you consent through the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings.
How long is your data kept?
Form records are kept for as long as it takes to resolve your enquiry and for the period our legal retention obligations require; they are deleted at the end of that period.
Your rights
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to have it corrected where it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request its deletion under the conditions set out in the law.
To exercise these rights or to put a question to us, write to [email protected].
